*Update*

So from what Tara says..I need to update!!! First let me explain WHY I have NOTHING to blog..... MY CAMERA IS BROKEN!!!! For those of you who know me...you would know this has been a really tuff time for me....the other bad thing is that I have a full warranty on it....but cant find the paperwork to get the new camera!!!

On a better note...(I'm sorry I don't have any pics to go with the story) My 3 year old Nickolas learned how to ride his bike without training wheels!! This is really funny actually...we took them off several times in the last few months and he was just not ready for it...He had NO balance and would get pissed off if you were holding on to him.....So needless to say...they were put back on every night.

Well last week I stayed home from work a couple of day due to a stupid "summer" cold. I was laying down in my bed...as if was even hard to lift my head off the pillow that day...let alone tend to a three year old.

He was being unusually quiet this particular morning so I decided it would prob be in my best int rest to check on the little tird before I had the cops at my house for not watching the child!!!!

Well to my surprise Nick was outside all by himself!! We don't mind if he wonders to the back yard because it is fully fenced and there is no way he could figure out how to escape. Well this early morning he had decided to play in the front yard by himself. I ran outside (looking beautiful mind you) to find him riding his bike up and down the street without training wheels....I wanted so badly to be mad for him playing in the front but was so happy for his "big boy" accomplishment. He had got Ryan's tools out and took the training wheels off himself...let alone teach himself how to balance and ride the bike!!!!

Well to make a long story shorter....he had to come inside for not following the rules but the good news is MY LITTLE MAN IS SUCH A BIG BOY AND IS RIDING WITHOUT TRAINING WHEELS!!! Good job bud...we love you!!!

Helping grandpa

Nickolas just loves his grandpa. When we woke up on Sunday morning, my dad called and asked if Nick could come up to his house and help out on the 4wheeler moving the snow! My bug was more than excited to help pappa. He gathered up all his snow clothes all by himself, put it in my car, got in the car and buckled himself in. He kept telling me he needed to go to work.
Here are a few pictures:
EnJoY!!
This is Nick and my dad having a little fun after the job was done!!
Nick will not take his helmet off.
If you notice, he is shoveling the snow in the grass. Great job bud!! ;)
I can't hlep but love this little face. His little nose and cheeks were so red and his voice was a little horse, but he stayed outside the entire time and helped pappa until the job was done. What a great little helper!

Santa...I have been so good this year!!

Santa I want a Bumble bee transformer, and a spider man vacuum, and a hulk "fash light" and a "engine turtle" and a .....................................

So Nickolas has been bothering me every day last week to go and see Santa so we could bring him his list! We decided Saturday would be just a joyous day to bring the kids. Both kids were great getting ready for the day, they just couldn't wait to see "him"! So we stood in line and the whole time they were yelling "Hi Santa!!" Things were going great! (Since last year Nick told Santa that he didn't like him) We started to get closer....and it was almost our turn to see Santa. Nick suddenly became very nervous. He wouldn't let go of my legs and instantly wanted me to hold him. He kept telling me he wanted to go home. All the little kids in line were trying to make him feel better by telling him Santa was nice and that he brings lots of toys and so on. Nick continued to ball. Well it was our turn and I had to practically drag him up to the chair. Once Ashlynn sat on Santa's lap, Nick was pissed he wasn't getting a turn to tell Santa what he wanted. Out of nowhere, Nick jump up on his lap and spouted out every single thing on his list without taking a breath. It was rather funny, everyone in line was clapping for him and we could do nothing but laugh.
Maybe next year we can go see Santa and leave the drama at home. :)
